Applicable to the LS 1-f S/Nos 272, 424, 426, 464-467, 473, 478, 479, 481-490, LS 3 variants - all S/Nos, LS 4 S/Nos 4000-4004, 4006-4010, 4012, 4013, 405, 4018, 4020-4025, 4027, 4028, 4037-4040, 4042, 4045, 4047, 4048, 4050, 4068, 4075-4077, 4082, 4083, 4085, 4088, 4099. Rolladen Schleicher Technical Bulletin Nos 41, 3026 and 4004 advise that the electrical bonding between the control stick and the C.G. release via the landing gear drive may be interrupted. Installation of a grounding cable between the control column and the C.G. release is to be carried out in accordance with the embodied instructions.
