FLAP CONTROL RACK / BEARING CLEARANCE
Applicable to the PIK-20 and PIK-20B powered sailplane, all serial numbers. There have been some support bearing failures due to dirt on gear rack and insufficient tolerance between bearing and rack and as a result the broken bearing particles may lock the flap control.
