ELEVATOR CONTROL FORK INSPECTION
Applicable to the Phoebus A1, B1, B2, and C, all serial numbers. Instances have been detected where the fork end of the elevator actuating push rod has distorted causing a tail vibration in flight. Service Bulletin Phoebus 27-60/1 outlines replacement procedure.
