MODIFICATION TO AILERON HORN / RUDDER PEDAL DEFORMATION
Applicable to the Slingsby T61 A, B, C and D Motor Falks. Arising out of Slingsby Technical Instructions No. 79 & 80, two modifications are required: 1. modification to strengthen the aileron horn attachment, and 2. the second arises from a recent incident where the foot stop of the rudder pedal was bent by the action of the pilots foot so that the bent stop obstructed the adjacent rudder pedal as it moved in the opposite direction.
