The GFA Office no longer produces these books,as we provide downloadable copies at no cost.

If you do wish to buy printed copies, we have arranged with Snap Printing to produce them, and this is an order form which you will need to send direct to Snap.  

Note that you are not compelled to use Snap printing - if you wish you can download the document and take to a printer of your choice.
