Purpose
The purpose of CASA 29/18 — Civil Aviation (Fuel Requirements) Instrument 2018 is to prescribe requirements relating to fuel for aircraft in the interests of the safety of air navigation.
Subsection 3 (2) provides that this instrument does not apply to a private operation in a power-assisted sailplane or a powered sailplane that complies with the conditions in CAO 95.4. Subsection 3 (3) provides that the instrument (other than section 11 of the instrument) does not apply to the charter operation of a power-assisted sailplane or a powered sailplane that complies with the conditions in CAO 95.4.
