PLACARD LIMITATION, REDUCTION OF Vne AT ALTITUDE
During high altitude flight in a ASH-25EB 28, flight flutter of the horizontal tail can occur. The risk of flutter can be precluded by limiting the flight envelope. The EASA has issued AD 2006-0218-E which is the justification for this AD.
