Failures to back-release have occurred on the Ventus-2c. The installation position of the TOST release must be changed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. The aircrafts maintenance manual must also be amended. Schempp-Hirth Technical Note No. 349-26, including maintenance manual amendment, forms part of this AD.
