AIRBRAKE LEVER
Particularly during aerobatics the over centre lock of the airbrakes may be unlocked due to overloading the lever which can lead to significant perturbations during operation (i.e. airbrakes do not work anymore). This AD is applicable to 101 “Salto”, all serial numbers that have not changed the airbrake lever. Documentation Dr. Glasfiber Technical Bulletin No. 101-25/2; Luftfahrtbundesamt LTA-Nr.: 1998-108; and Drawing No. 101-44-3 (2) form part of this AD.
