Tests have shown that the capacity of the wing fuel tanks is less that that stated in the manuals and placards. This may cause fuel starvation on long range flights as there is less fuel than the placards show. Applicable to the Nimbus-4DM up to serial number 20. Schempp-Hirth Technical Note No. 868-1 forms part of this AD.
