Applicable to Astir CS S/N 1001-1536, Astir CS 77 S/N 1601-1844 and Astir CS Jeans S/N 2001-2248. Because a number of elevators which have had the elevator horn replaced (See GFA AD 261) were over original mass and balance limits, Grob performed a flutter analysis and were able to prove that the limits for the elevators may be increased. Grob Service Bulletin No. 306-34 forms part of this AD.
