INSPECTION / REPLACEMENTS OF CENTRE ELEVATOR HINGES
GFA AD 213 (1981) requested inspection of the elevator and aileron hinges for delamination away from the fixed surface, on all models of the Grob sailplane. Grob have identified a similar problem on the Grob G 109B and have issued TM 817-25 detailing inspection and replacement of the two centre elevator hinge segments located on the elevator surface. TM 817-25 forms part of this AD.
