RUDDER CABLE DAMAGE INSPECTION
Applicable to the PIK 20, all models, all serial numbers. In a recent inspection, damage to the rudder cable was detected. The problem was similar to that set out in Airworthiness Directive GFA/AD 102, except in this case damage to the cable fairlead was not caused by the "Tucker" nut but by an excessively long bolt.
