MANDATORY PRECAUTIONARY INSPECTION
Applicable to the Libelle 201 and 201B, Open Libelle H201 and H201B, Kestrel 401, Club Libelle 205, Hornet 206, Mosquito and Slingsby Kestrel T59 sailplanes. During inspections corrosion in the wing root stub end fittings of a number of Glasflugel Hornets have been detected and in at least one case the corrosion was considerable. The precautionary inspection is extended to the other listed types because of the similarity of the fitting detail.
