ELEVATOR DAMPER UNIT REPLACED WITH SOLID MEMBERS

Applicable to the LS 1-e, LS 1-f, LS 1-ef, LS2 and LS 3 sailplanes. It has been found necessary to replace the spring member in the elevator actuator with a rigid member.  Refer AD embodied instructions and Rolladen Schneider Technical Bulletin TM No. 38/3013 which forms part of this AD.
