Applicable to the L-13 Blanik, all serial numbers up to 174230. Experience has shown that operations from airfields with a rough or uneven surface may lead to cracking of the fin rib carrying the rudder top mounting rib. Special inspection instructions are embodied in this directive. (See also Airworthiness Directive GFA/ AD 053).
