Applicable to the T59 Kestrel sailplane. Slingsby Technical Instruction No. 62 (mandatory inspection of Kestrel wings) states that in some instances have been reported of loose pieces of cotton flock in Kestrel wings which is possible to interfere with the controls and is therefore a hazard to aircraft safety.
