This issue of the AN adds information applicable to the Ventus cM with SOLO 2625-01 engine. See Item 3 below. 1. Schempp-Hirth Technical Note 825-18 allows the optional installation of a disc brake. 2. Schempp-Hirth Technical Note 825-19 allows an increase in the maximum takeoff weight for serial numbers 3 through 41 in 18 m configuration. This is standard on serial numbers from 41. Copies of the amended Flight and Maintenance Manual pages must be obtained from the Manufacturer or their Australian agent. 3. (Applicable to Ventus cM with SOLO 2625-01 engine). As a result of corrections made in Schempp-Hirth Modification Bulletins MB 825-27 and 825-30 to the adjustment of the engine pylon limit switches and engine bay doors, the manufacturer has issued Revision No 23 to the Maintenance Manual. Copies of the revised pages may be obtained from the GFA Secretariat.
