1. Conversion of Mini-Nimbus HS 7 to Mini-Nimbus B: Schempp-Hirth Technical Note 328-3 describes the process of converting the Mini-Nimbus HS 7 into the Mini-Nimbus B model. The conversion is classified as a major repair. A new C of A and a new C of R are required after the sailplane has been converted. 2. Landing gear - Replacement of the brake arm: In Schempp-Hirth Technical Note 328-5 a replacement of the brake arm is recommended. At heavy landings with wheel brake applied it is possible that the front landing gear strut may be damaged by the bearing pin for the brake arm. This can be prevented by replacing the brake arm. 3. Retrofit of a nose tow release: Schempp-Hirth technical Note 328-12 describes a factory approved modification to install a nose tow release (including drawings, manual amendments, photographs).
